Cheryl sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. James E. Meyer,
I am very disappointed with the service received by your company Sirius XM radio.
On 4/19, I sent a check or $53.32 dated 4/18 for billing date 4/12/16. I called on 4/26 and spoe to Chris because I received another billl for $30.48. I told her that I sent the check on 4/19. She said it was never received. On 4/28, my service was suspended but after I called it was activated pending the receipt of my check. I was told that it takes 7-10 days to receive a check for payment. Well that was the 10th day. On 5/16, I received another bill for $57.54. Previously I was told that my next bill will be due 6/12 so why was I receiving another bill. So on 5/17, I called again. I spoke to Brandy in listerner care who transferred me to Chloe in customer loyality dept who transferred me to Carlos in the billing dept. I explained to Carlos the same thing that I explained to the other two representatives about the check that I sent but was never found. Carlos told me that I had to sent another check for $57.54 to keep my account and services active. I told him that I had no problem sending another check but DO NOTCASH THE FIRST CHECK OF $53.32. I told me that he indicated in my account that the check would be voided. I asked him several times and he stated that the check would be voided. WELL HE LIED AND I AM PISSED. YOUR COMPANY CASHED BOTH CHECKS, THE ONE DATED 4/18 FOR $53.32 ND THE ONE DATED 5/17 FOR $57.54. AND BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DID THAT IT CAUSE AN OVERDRAFT TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR $35.00. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED BACK TO ME. THE $53.32 AND MY OVERDRAFT FEE OF $35.00 WHICH I HAVE PROOF OF. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND YOUR STAFF NEEDS TO STOP LYING TO THE CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NOT HAVE SENT A SECOND CHECK IF I DIDNT TRUST WHAT HE WAS SAYING
