Richard sent a message to James L. Robo – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NextEra Energy, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. James Robo
Today I performed a job with the coordination of FPL and the collier county inspector
The job was repair bent rise and add two ground rods.
Early in the morning the power was cut by FPL, the job was done, the inspector came approved the job, sent the report to FPL to get back the power to the house where live two people and one of them with two previous heart attacks.
I left and was told that FPL will be back by no later than 5:00 pm. I got on the phone with Kyle from customer service who was not be able to solve nothing so I requested the s Ms. Delgado badge number GXDOP9E she said to me something that I have never heard before that the Planning Department did't release the approval of the job.
I then called the no power area and also sent an email, finally I got the information that they will go to the house.
Why the customer service department couldn't solve the problem themselves?
I lost two hours making all of this phone calls.
I will really appreciate that you look into this so will not happen again to anybody.
