Dear Mr. Jelinek, I have been a very satisfied Executive Costco member, for nearly 40 years. However, today I was very disappointed in your staff. I made my purchases at the Costco Warehouse in Miami, Florida---The Kendall location, in London Square. . The employee handling my ck out, was busy speaking in Spanish ( I was born in NY and do not speak Spanish)He completely ignored me as well as the other customers.He was rude--did not say a word--just posted to the c/c machine and handed me my receipt. I said 'thank You'---he did not respond or even look in my direction. His name on my receipt is #85: Name German. I expect the shoppers ( especially in Miami) to be rude.
