Dear Mr. Jelinek: I need your help because a very serious breach of customer service – W Craig Jelinek email address

Barbara Grimaldi sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:

Dear Mr. Jelinek: I need your help because a very serious breach of customer service from Costco regarding my purchase of a faulty washer/dryer has gone on for months, leaving me without a way to do my laundry, inconveniencing me over and over by sending people to pick up this machine who, when they get here, cannot disconnect it because it is a gas dryer. Time and Time again they come and say no--they cannot disconnect. I have a log of all the emails going back and forth between your customer service people and myself that I want to send you so you can see how your people have handled this mess. I am shocked Costco is treating me this way and I am about to contact the media for help but will not until you hear from me. If I had a real email or your secretarys email, I could send you the log of all the correspondence between me and Costco customer service. Please help me with something so simple that your people continue to not address, disrupting my home and causing me to do laundry in public launderettes or a friends house nearby.
