Dear Mr. Jelinek,
I very rarely write a CEO. I have been a General Manager and Senior Vice President, before that, for over 40 years in the Automotive Aftermarket. I was born in 1953, also. I know when someone wrote me directly and in a polite direct manner, I should listen. My wife and I have been long time and loyal Costco customers for years in Marietta Georgia. However, with your move away from American Express we will no long stay with Costco. I was on a cruise this past week from Los Angeles to Mexico and back. We mingled with other passengers. NO ONE is happy with your move. So, I ask you to reconsider. Whatever your problems are with AMEX, work them out. We love Costco and hate to leave.
