Dear Mr. Jelinek,
It is nice to have a place where I can voice my concerns about your business. Thank you. i bought an Astoria bed for my ailing wife. It did not work out. I have tried for 3 days to get a straight answer about pick-up of the bed and all I get is buck-passing and vagaries. 10 days to 15 days. Business day. That's a maybe depending on the vendor and some mysterious 3rd party vendor. All I am asking for is a real answer and is it possible to expedite the process. No help, no how. Mr. Jelinek your influence could go a long way in this matter.
