Dear Mr. Jelinek, Thank you for reading my email. I am – W Craig Jelinek email address

Emily sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek – President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:
Dear Mr. Jelinek,
Thank you for reading my email. I am in the process of purchasing my first home and have had all my ducks in a row until I saw my credit scores last night. A week ago, they were excellent, and now they have all dropped, some over 100 points. This score is what determines my mortgage rate. I am scheduled to close on the home on 8/8/16 -- a week from today. After speaking with the credit agencies to determine what has caused this, I found out that it was due to the closing of my Costco AMEX card and the failure on Citi's part to transfer the account. It was my understanding that Costco's transfer from American Express to Citi would not have this type of effect on Costco customers. I spoke with Citi and they said it was the first time they had heard of this happening. They told me to give it three weeks and it should be reflected in the reports. I do not have three weeks, I have a matter of days.
I have worked and saved to buy my first home. I have a college degree in commercial photography and have recently started my own business as a professional retoucher. Please is there ANYTHING you can do to help me resolve this before 8/8/16? I have contacted and emailed him the pertinent information. I greatly appreciate your time and assistance,
Sincerely,
Emily
