Dear Mr Jelinek,
I hope this letter finds you in great health and spirits. The purpose of this email is to notify you of poor attitude of some of your employees at your Newport News location.
I have been a gold member since 2012. Every time I go there I feel like I dont belong as a member. I am laughed at by workers. And in some cases ignored.
All the checkout personnel are great but the regular staff are poor. When I went to customer service to renew my membership the one lady ignored me and left and when another personnel came to wait on me she returned to wait on the next person behind me. It was as though it was personal---I had to wait 20 extra minutes before being waited on.
I am nothing special but am I paying to be ridiculed?
I almost want to look for another Costco to go to but it is in Richmond an hour away.
