Dear Mr Joly, I am a long time consumer of your stores. I am very disappointed I received a $50 certificate on 5/11 for spending over $1500 with your card. I assumed it had the same time frame as all your certificates to redeem. Instead it only had a month. I tried to use it one day after expiration and basically have been told too bad nothing can be done. This was been used towards my sons $650 laptop for college, which at this point I still have not been able to get. please help. Thank you!!
