Jonathan sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:

Dear Mr. Joly,

I am deeply concerned about one of your staff members, Tommy, who works in Business Development. He has been posting public racist comments on his Facebook wall. I am not friends with him, and I can see them. However, since I have politely confronted him, maybe he will take them down and before you get this. He is also harassing one of my black female friends with public racist comments. I am a white man and a loyal Best Buy customer. I am concerned that his racism represents Best Buy's values. Does Best Buy condone racism?
