Ramon sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Joly, I am writing to you because I recently had my credit card information stolen that I use to pay for the insurance plans I have on my 2 iPhone 6's. Apparently, because I needed to get a new card because of the theft, unbeknownst to me, the credit card company sent an email to terminate my plans and it was done. I called to change my info and was told I could no long utilize the plan and was instructed to contact Apple to get the plan through them. I've been a loyal customer to Best Buy and geek squad for years and purchase all of my electronic from your stores and feel like I've just been kicked to the curb. I feel like my business and loyalty mean nothing. The rep I spoke with was respectful and apologetic, but, I don't feel I should have to go to another company for a service I had been using for years because some schmuck decided to steal my credit card info. Please tell me there is something that can be done and email me back. If there is nothing you can do, email me anyway to let me know that as well. Thank you for your time.
