Dear Mr. Joly,
My wife house got burglarized and her computer was stolen. We just bought a new asus computer less than 2 months ago. The computer has been giving us problems, we thought it was fixed after the update, but then it crashed again. We took it to geek squad, which was waste of time because he said it was faulty hardware and can't do anything about it. I thought this was ridiculous that we got a bad product, I don't see why we couldn't get it replaced. It is really annoying when need it for work and school. The computer is in great shape. I usually don 't complain, but this horrible customer service and everybody said oh best buy will have no problem replacing since it is new computer. Why is it so difficult when I have not had other problem with big corporations. All we wanted was it to get fixed right away or get it replaced. Why does it have to be so difficult. Thank you.
