Dear Mr Joly,
I recently went into your branch in Hawthorne CA 5000 W 147TH ST on January 26th 2018 to purchase a computer and it seams thou the employees in the store where selecting who they speak to and who they help I was in the computer area for about a half in hour and no one came up to me and ask did I have any questions and I saw 2 associates in that area but as soon as a caucasian couple came up and was interested in purchasing the same computer I was interested in an associate by the name of Fernando immediately came to them and asked did they need any help I usually dont get disturbed by incidents like this because being African American this tends to happen a lot to us but I was really bothered this time because I remembered the last time I came in and I didnt get any help could you please address this issue with this store and tell them that everyone should be treated fair no matter what race creed or color thank you very much
