Philip  sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy that said:

Dear Mr. Joly,

I am writing to request a refund for a 4-camera smart home security set, that I purchased on
10/24/15, for my business, but never removed from the box, because it is no longer necessary.

You 362 branch at 9970 N. Newport Hwy, Spokane, Wa 99218 won't refund me because I went past the 15 day limit for refund. I request an exemption, from the limit, based on me being a Vietnam veteran. While people now shake my hand and thank me for my service, I appreciate it if that gratitude can take practical expression.
