Dear Mr. Joly,
On 11/26/15 I placed an order for a 48" Samsung TV . As of today neither Best Buy or UPS knows where it is despite Best Buy's notification that it was shipped on 12/02/15. The unit was priced at $379. A similar unit only one digit different has been advertised recently in your print media for $399. Best Buy has indicated that they may refund my purchase price. It couldn't be that you no longer want to sell me the item at the lower price could it? My credit card bill is due 1/10/16. What do you suggest I do before I resort to public picketing before my local store?
