Dear Mr. K P Singh,Chairman, DLF.
I have booked two Studio Apartments in "My Pad" Lucknow, and went to your office to pay Rs. 10.64 Lac.on 21.07.2017 at 1 pm.
I fell down in your office premises from more than 6 ft. on the concrete floor, very close to DG Set, as you have not provided railing on the staircase.
My wife was with me, seeing me falling, she went under tremendous depression trauma. Even I got serious internal injuries due to this I am suffering from lots of anxiety, mental tension trauma about my future health.
Keeping in view of your reputation, I have not yet filed FIR, nor given any Press release, because it was never expected from a Builder of your repute to have such a major deficiency in your own office building.
Your Mr. Abhishek Srivastava and Security Guards on duty did help me to put me in my car.
I would like to know, how are you going to compensate me and my wife for mental torture, anxiety, injuries trauma.
