I've been traumatized by dental work done by one of the dentist in your network on November 23, 2016. The experience has been horrific. The work is not complete. I cannot go back to this dentist because of the harm she did to me.
I called your company regarding this. I would like to have another dentist finish my dental work. I am asking for your help in facilitating this.
