SIVABALAN sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation that said:
Dear Mr.Kaz Hirai,
I had purchased a Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual Mobile from Sony India Store on 5th March 2016. As per the communication and commitment from Sony that all ALL CUSTOMERSâ PURCHASING ACTIVATING THE XPERIA Z5 OR Z5 PREMIUM DURING 12TH FEBRUARY 2016 TO 11TH MARCH 2016 or TILL SMARTCOVERS FOR Z5, STEREO BLUETOOTH HEADSET SBH70 FOR Z5 PREMIUM .
However, I am not able to see this offer upon activating my device on the same date of purchase. Even after 4 weeks of the date of purchase and repeated emails to the Sony India Customer Care, this issue is yet to be resolved. I have sent multiple reminder emails and contacted the customer care but of no use.
This is an example of lack of sensitivity to the Customer's compliant and I humbly request your immeidate intervention and seek to resolve this issue at the earliest.
