Dear Mr. Kelly, As a long-standing customer and Rewards member of Southwest, I wanted you – Gary Kelly email address

Deborah sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:

Dear Mr. Kelly,
As a long-standing customer and Rewards member of Southwest, I wanted you to know of an interaction I had with "Aaron" in your Customer Relations Dept. and to ask if you would please consider helping me.
On April 20, 2017, my entire family and over a dozen good friends are all flying Southwest to my son's wedding in Mexico. (Hard Rock-Riviera Maya). You can check and see reservations for Kennedy, Boggs, Reed. Prentice, Riddleberger, Peck, Phillips, Weller, Osmond. Many have booked packages through SW as well.
My son,  will be coming home after a long deployment in the Middle East to marry a wonderful girl. I want his wedding and all the traditions we have to be as best as possible.
It is a tradition in our family to give out welcome bags at the hotel. The Hard Rock told me not to mail things ahead of time because it may be lost in Customs. They also do not hand out bags at check-in. If I did want to bring everything with me, they would deliver to guests for a fee of $10. per room. Instead, I am making up "Travel Bags" that I will give out BEFORE we leave. I have ordered bags from LL Bean, have neck pillows, cups, etc. I just took a flight from Baltimore to Nashville yesterday and noticed the gentleman next to me had a drink ticket that he said SW mailed to him. In the airport, I asked if I could buy some for my Travel Bags. A very nice lady told me I could not, but to call Customer Service. I called, and spoke with "Aaron". He made me feel as though I was asking him to break the law and that my request was "something I have never heard of and something we wouldn't do".
I had just read on the plane how a pilot bought 140 cheeseburgers for passengers who were laid over! The article went on and on about your customer service. I am profoundly disappointed and am asking if you would please consider sending me 28 drink tickets, 2 each, for my 14 bags. Southwest is getting ALOT of business from my son's wedding and my son has put his life on the line for you, me and everyone in this country. Not to sound dramatic, but when you worry night and day for your child's safety, you become passionate about their happiness.
Thanks for anything you can do or if there is anything else you want to send along to put in my bags!
Sincerely,
Deb
