Jonathan W. Hammond, Sr. sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. email address that said:
Dear Mr. Kelly, I am a frequent traveler on Southwest Airlines. Most of my experiences have been quite enjoyable. but in July of 2017 I traveled from Los Angles, CA. to New Orleans, LA., when I arrived in New Orleans one my bags was missing I filed incident report on 07/01/2017. After countless attempts to locate my missing bag it could not be located. I was instructed to fill out a form to list all of the items in my missing bag, in which I did. I explained to several of the customer service reps that for some of the items that were in my bag I did not have receipts for because most of the I paid cash for, but there were two or three items were purchased online. My claim was denied because I could not produce receipts for the items online. Ive made several attempts to resolve this matter and I have not been successful. If you be so kind in helping me resolve this matter I would greatly appreciate very much. Claim#3526536678, Confirmation#KMIND6. Thank you very much.
