Dear Mr. Kelly:
I want to take this opportunity to let you know that Southwest Airlines is my airline of choice whenever I make flight arrangements.

Recently, I booked reservations through Southwest to New Orleans. I opted to also choose a rental car and hotel. Getting the car through Alamo was uneventful. However, when we arrived at the Day's Inn (I-10 Service Road), we found it to be the most deplorable place ever and refused to stay there. I contacted Southwest and explained the situation and gratefully, was refunded the full amount for the hotel.

The purpose of contacting you is to suggest that Southwest remove this hotel from its list of suggested places to stay. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures to show just how unacceptable this hotel is.

Nevertheless, I appreciate how Southwest handled my dilemma and will continue to make it my choice airlines.

Thank you for letting me vent my dissatisfaction and hopefully will not have to write to you again concerning any untoward situations.
