Dear Mr. Kelly,
In over 30 years in the travel business, with all the issues I have had, this is the very first time I have had to write to the president of a company. Also up until last week I truly believed that Southwest was, by far, the best airline to deal with as a travel agent. I have a huge problem with a group of 13, where Southwest made an error, I have had it confirmed to by by more than one agent. There is no department that will help me. It is not that I am not getting the answer I want, literally no one will talk to me about it, help me to escalate the issue, or put me in contact with any type of supervisor or manager. My issue is with an International Group Booking. I am being sent from customer relations, to travel agent desk, to central ticketing and they are all telling me they do not have the authority to help.
I am referring to booking which is a cancelled booking.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me or have someone try and help, Please let me know if you need further explanation.
