Dear Mr Kelly, This is a complaint against a Southwest Employee, Michael F. Turner. According – Gary Kelly email address

Deborah sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:

Dear Mr Kelly,
This is a complaint against a Southwest Employee, Michael.
According my conversations with Michael, he is a shift supervisor on the 2nd shift. He works out of the Houston, TX Airport Hub.
My complaint, in Fall of 2015, Michael solicited me to purchase to be on his fly list for $800 for 2016. The cost of $800 would allow me eight (8) roundtrips, travelling anywhere Southwest fly for the entire year of 2016. Although I knew I would not travel that often, I thought was a good proposition since I normally fly 3-4 times every year, so I paid Michael the $800 through a Walmart money transfer because I live in Oakland, CA and Michael resides in Houston, TX.
The condition of his proposal, was for me to get the monies to him by the end of year of 2015, which I did. I redeemed only one (1) roundtrip, as of today. I attempted to redeem another trip, but I was unsuccessful because Michael is/have been avoiding my calls and text messages, he is not responding to me. This really upset me because I never thought he was stiff me. I paid the monies to be on his flight list, and now he has failed to keep his commitment. The part that upset me the most is that he solicited me and I trusted him.
I am not sure what can be done in regard to Michael’s solicitation activities to be on his fly list, and not following through with his commit, but I do know this is wrong, unethical and probably illegal.
At this point, I will not be able to redeem any of the flying benefits for 2016, which I paid for because this year is coming to an end. It is evidence that Michael stiffed me. I am not aware of your company’s policy on such an act, but I think it is important for you to know what Michael is doing and has done. This is unfair and upsetting, so I am hoping you can offer me the opportunity to redeem a roundtrip for another time or give me ½ of my money back, which I have requested from Michael as well, but again he is ignoring my calls and text messages.
I appreciate your time to bring resolution to this issue.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you,
Deborah
