Tracy sent a message to Thomas A. Kennedy – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Raytheon Company – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Kennedy --- my father is ninety-six years old and a Raytheon retiree whose address has changed. I am his daughter and Power of Attorney. I called in early June to update his address and was told I needed to send a copy of my POA. I did so on June 13, 2016, over five (5) weeks ago, and when I called today I was told it was received July 15th and it is still under review. If a simple address change with supporting proof of legal representation takes over five (5) weeks to handle, there is clearly a problem within your organization. I am writing to alert you of the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the processes used to assist your retirees.
Can you please delegate this to someone to assist in processing this simple change?
