Dear Mr. King,
Can you please intercede on behalf of my mother-in-law's BBT account to expedite and escalate her Power of Attorney submission that was given to BBT branch at 17601 VIRGINIA AVE, HAGERSTOWN, MD.
BBT has had this notarized submission for at least 10 days now, and the branch can give us no information about it's status other than to say that it is in BBT's lawyers hands. Our family needs to have BBT recognize this POA immediately.
My mother-in-law's name is Dorothy. Her account number is ommitted here in the interest of internet security and privacy.
