I am a Girl Scout Leader for Troop 1419 in Raleigh, NC. The Girl Scout Organization uses BBT for its banking. We are in the middle of cookie sales and need our password reset. I asked for a new password last Fall and never received one. Therefore, I gave up and just requested to add a new person to our account, so we would receive a new password. Unfortunately, we have been locked out again. We cant wait and be at the mercy of this password reset. It has been over a week, since Feb 1st and we still do not have a password reset.
