I am writing directly to you Sir, just to highlight to you, the deteriorating standards of a good product from the Aditya Birla group.. Only because of the callousness of a group of your employees
My Self and My Family had closed our dependencies on other Cellular providers and moved to Idea some years back. because We found IDEA coverage to the be Best.
But since June this year, there is next to no coverage in my area or home.
I have tried to get the problem resolved through helpdesk repeatedly but no one cares any more. 6 to 7 members of my family are on Idea.
We will be forced to port our numbers to another provider, only because of the dont care attitude from Idea Cellular Employees in the help desk / or network support. Change of numbers is not desirable for us, because our banking and business interests are tied to these numbers.
Although I am based abroad I have the same number on roaming. But my brother on and the rest of my family are on location at the site mentioned above
Request your directive Sir .. so that the problem will be addressed and solved
