Louise sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr Lambert,
I recently ordered 2 items from Kmart/Sears.com and 1 of the items was delivered in the pouring rain and left at my front door.
I have called three times and spoke to numerous representatives/supervisors trying to have this item returned and to no avail.
Each time I am told it will be picked up in 3 - 5 days and am still waiting for a confirmation. In fact I am on hold again as I am writing this letter.
Please help me with this problem. This is my first time shopping on line with Kmart/Sears and my last.
