Dear mr lambert. We are Mary and John of Hyde park Ma. We are 40 year customers of sears products. We have always had the maintenance protection plan. We a tech come to our home to fix our stove and he informed us that our three year old stove did not have a tag with a model number on it. We had no idea that the stove bought and delivered by Sears was missing a tag in it. Now we have no coverage on it and the tech said they can't get parts for it. Please help us!!
