Dear Mr Lampert:
I purchased a rather large gazebo 4 years ago, 2012, from Kmart. This winter the roof frame got damaged from a snow storm. I have contacted many many people both within Sears and subcontractors. I cannot locate anyone that can get me replacement parts for my damaged roof. I am very willing to buy these parts but I cannot find anyone to buy them from. Now I work for a large telecommunications manufacturer in the US and I know that we are required by law to have replacement parts on hand for 7-10 years even after we have discontinued a product. I believe that Sears is subject to these same retail laws as our company.
Any help that you can give to direct me to someone who can fulfill my need of replacement parts would be appreciated. The gazebo ia a Dawson Hex model gazebo purchased from Kmart in 2012.
