Dear, Mr. Lampert I would really like to talk to you about a issue – Edward Lampert email address

Dear,
Mr. Lampert I would really like to talk to you about a issue I am having with my furniture I purchased at Sears. I paid over 2,000 dollars in cash. I purchased this in May. This is November and it still not right. I was in the hospital and I finally couldn't deal with this situation anymore. They offered me 800 dollars just to keep what I have, I told them I wanted my furniture to be right. They promise it would be right this time. Now sir, this is the 7th time they have brought this furniture. So I told the I was not going to be home on November 5, so I needed another date, so they set it up for Nov. 9. They came anyway on the 5th. They came on the 9th after I called them and the furniture was ripped and burnt mark. I did not take the furniture. They ask me again if I wanted to try again to get the furniture, I had just got out of the hospital so I ask for 1,000 dollar for the furniture so I did not have to deal with them anymore. They said no, they couldn't do over 500, then someone else got on phone and said 700. I was on the phone with them over one hour, the delivery guys had to wait until I got off the phone. So I took the 700 dollar, so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. They said check would be here in 7 to 14 days, never showed up. So I called today I got the run around again. They are telling me I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to call me. And then wait for a check again for 7 to 14 days. I paid over 2000 dollars and nobody wants to help me get what I paid for. I use to love Sears, but I am so frustrated, my blood pressure is so high. I just want what I paid for and stop having to go through these hops. Please help!!!!. I hope you care about customer services. Thank you again!!!
Michelle
