Dear Mr. Lampert,
On 2/3/17, I have purchased Valentines Day gift, order number 843579399. It appears it was shipped on 2/6/17. Tracking number with UPS 1ZY2142E0300075780. It was lost. After numerous conversations between UPS and Sears, I tried to file a lost item claim with UPS.I found out that only sender(Sears) can file this claim.
I have just received a call from UPS to discuss this with Sears, after Sears email to discuss this with UPS. I chatted online with Sears representative(I took pictures of conversation) and he offered full refund. This refund was never processed.
I exhausted all the options for email and phone conversations with both, Sears and UPS. I wasted enough of precious time. Please help me with refund from Sears.
