I read with great interest an article in The Washington Post about your attempt to save Toys R Us. That rings a responsive bell in my heart since I have 4 children, and equipped my former office with shelves that I bought from Toys R Us when they closed a nearby location.
But let me get to the point. I have been developing a sales concept to beat Amazon.com, and the system that I developed is exactly what Toys R Us would need to become viable again.
Toys R Us needs a strong online presence. But who would buy from Toys R Us online when there is Amazon.com?
Observing my 4 childrens online behavior, I found out what sell: basically, it requires an online "concierge" service to attract and sell to customers.
