Devender sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Dear Mr Lee,
I am a HNI own two Mercedes-An E280 a E250.
Last year,I thought I will buy, supposedly from a Mercedes Class Co,SAMSUNG a Tablet 4.
Within a year,the silvered colour plating from the front bezel has come off at many portions.Pl see attached photo.I AM ASHAMED TO CARRY THIS TABLET!
Such poor Quality!
I am ready to send the sample to Samsung for your RD people to look at it.(I may mention that I was once a Designer myself have several patents to my credit)
Having worked very closely with the CHAIRMAN of Larsen TOubro,I know that the Top guy is never told the truth.He is only told what he wants to hear!
Any way,I am quite dismayed at the shoddy product and thought to bring it to your notice.
