Lesha sent a message to Eugene Lee – President and Chief Executive Officer of Darden Restaurants, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Lee , I'm writing this letter to make you aware of an incident that occurred at your Longhorn location in Tucker Ga. on October 2,2016 between 12:15pm and 1:15pm. My husband, friend and I dined for an hour or so ,upon returning to our vehicle we discovered that a brake-in had occurred only 30 feet from the front door. To say that we were speechless is underrated. The contents of our vehicle were stolen, as well as damage to our vehicle. The police were called and a report was made. We notified the manager on duty, he received our contact information and told us that Darden's insurance company would contact us, which has occurred. My complaint is the building has no security cameras and no one from corporate has contacted us to inquire about the incident. We have faithfully patronized your establishment multiple Sundays every month for the last six years after church. I must say that my family of four has not had any complaints over this period. We have had many joyous occasions over the last six years at this location. We take pride in being the first family to arrive at your establishment. The food and atmosphere has been pleasant and enjoyable.
At this point we are unclear if we will return.
My desire is to hear from you and feel validated that the patrons of your establishments are being valued, I also fell that this should be protocol.
Sincerely ,
Lesha
