Dear Mr. Lee Kun-Hee, I’m one of your customers from Turkey, Ä°stanbul. I had to – Lee KunHee email address

Merve sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:

Dear Mr. Lee Kun-Hee,

I'm one of your customers from Turkey, Ä°stanbul. I had to write this e-mail because Samsung Turkey (unfortunately) couldn't help me and insisted on not solving my problem.

Almost 2 years ago, I had chosen you instead of Apple. Since I believe that you are more sensible and better than them. However, I'm very sad to say that I was wrong.

I had gotten Samsung Note3 Neo, I had chosen that phone, first of all , I believed that if I may have any problem, you will solve it immediately because you are Samsung, then I of course, I like the design and the pen, and it had the very reasonable price.

Then I had a problem, it wasn't connecting wi-fi. I went to Samsung Service Beşiktaş-İstanbul, after about 2 or 3 weeks they called me said that I can get my phone it's fixed. I got my phone on Friday afternoon but I realized that on very next Saturday I still had the same problem. Anyhow, I went there again gave my phone.

Later on, they said the problem is caused by its software, they will change my phone. I was okay with it , I don't care because as I said I believe in you , I trusted you. But the time has passed, I got no replied (by the way they didn't give spare phone, I have still had problems in work just because I don't have a proper phone.)

They have been calling me to give me any other phone because my phone had stopped to be produced. They called me when I was at work so they couldn't reach me , I couldn't call them back because it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. I left messages many times . On Thursday, thanks to Miss Türkan who is working for you helped me, and they reached me today.

They offered me A6, I was like come on! my phone was one of the Note Series. Then I said at least I can get A7 2016 - Mr. Yasin was speaking with me that time. By the time he was so rude to me, I mean the way he was talking to me so rude that I didn't expect from Samsung employee. He didn't help me, he didn't answer my questions. He said 'If you have the time problem if you want a phone you have to get A6' . he wasn't even listening to me. He was busy with treating me get this or else, get this or you have to wait for a long time.

This was rude. At the end of the day, after almost 2-3 months what I get , nothing!
It's not just about a phone, it is the way your Turkey service doesn't want to solve a problem. I'm just one of your billion customers, in that way, compared to the big picture I'm no one... It is really hard and sad to say this but you lost one of your customers now I get why people chose Apple.

I really feel sorry to have to write this e-mail to you. I just so disappointed. And I have no idea when I will get my phone. It's just pathetic and sad. If you want you can check the process of my phone, here is my phone's info;
