Dear Mr. Levatich,
I am writing to share a few ideas I would like to share with you. First let me give you a brief background. I am 58 year old, "old school" typical hard working American who spent most of my adult life in IT repairing computers and before that construction. I have been riding bikes since the 60s and I currently own a 2012 Wide Glide named "Angel". My first idea is a advertising logo. "Why race to get there when you have already arrived"? It's a subtle attack on the crotch rocket mentality while promoting cruising as the point - not how fast you can get somewhere. The other idea that is perfect for Harley to take on is an adventure bike line. I envision a 1200, 750 and 500 size range with a "family" orientation. Dad, Mom and Kids bikes. In addition to off road toughness with modern styling - touch of retro - a dual exhaust. Have to work with engineering to perfect it but "open" giving the standard sound we have all come to know and love, and a "closed" or "green" position, which turns on the "silencer" and makes the bike really quiet for forest or other off road enjoyment. I live in far north Dallas in a town called Denton. I am currently unemployed. If you like my ideas and would like some help implementing them, I would love to hear back from you. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
Best Regards,
Scott
