Dear Mr. Long: I have been a loyal customer of Liberty Mutual since 1997, for both my car and later on in life, my home insurance. I have never once, not once, had a late or non-payment in 20 years, and still havent to date. I had a $5.00 additional charge, $5 dollars tacked on to my monthly bill in July 2017, not sure why since I pay everything electronically, which I was unaware of. I continued to make my monthly payments. Liberty Mutual CANCELLED all of my policies over this $5., then charged me an outrageous amount for reinstatement. Then, told me to find another carrier?? This is how your representatives treat 20 year clients? I am appalled at the treatment I received, and am looking for someone, someone within this organization who CARES about customer loyalty? My firm would be out of business, without our loyal client base...and the service I have received from your representatives is so completely unacceptable to me.
Please contact me at your convenience, as I have to believe, a person in your position, must care or value a 20 year client. On a side note, my father was an underwriter for Liberty most of my life, which is why I have your company to begin with.
