Dear Mr. Lundgren---I have been a very loyal purchaser of Black and Decker products for decades. Recently I purchased a Black and Decker(Bagel)- Toaster(2 slice) from our local Kohl's
store. In a very short period of time one of the the movable arms that allows the toast to move up and down broke(upon normal use) from the two pins that hold it in place. It is impossible to re-attach in spite of my being a pretty handy guy.
I have made several futile attempts to contact customer service for B and D home products at their customer care phone contact as well as through email. At the phone support I had long delays(after numerous calls) and was unable to reach a live person to assist me. The toaster is less than a year old.
I really expected longer service from this product. I would appreciate any support that you can offer me. Thank you so much.
