I have purchased $52,273.53 in Lancome product from Macy's for my Spa: Facials By Marilyn, LLC. Professional Makeup Artistry utilizing Lancome Cosmetics, Skincare and Fragrance - additionally, I supply Lancome @ Macy's prices for my Clients to readily have product for home use following professional makeup application.
After my experience on 11/26/16 at Macy's with Amanda at Lancome left me sickened. I had purchased $105.00 of Lancome product from Macy's.com. First ever on-line cosmetics order with Macy's. Product shipped was incorrect and included 2 samples and a Lancome Bag.
I approached Amanda and asked to exchange the Lancome brand new product for the items I wanted as per Macy's return label enclosed in my delivery. Amanda stated in addition to the Lancome Bag wrapped in plastic I brought to the store; I had to go home get my samples and then she would help me. I stated I work 60 hours a week and this was inconvenient and this would be an hour journey for me round-trip.
Amanda at Lancome said go home and bring me the samples. Then stated "don't give me no funky a-- sh-- either" I said I tried the samples as I buy the skincare line. Do you want me to bring back the opened 2 samples I recieved? Amanda at Lancome stated "Yes for the THIRD TIME".
I then went upstairs to Macy's, Plantation, Florida Executive office and explained on 11/26/16 at 4PM the Customer Service I reined from Amanda at Lancome and said could you help me, please? HR stated "everyone's at lunch" "I called the Lancome Manager and she said you have to go home and bring back the used samples".. I am forced to take my business to Bergdorf Goodman as I am afraid of entering Macy's every again. I will not purchase anything including Home Goods, Apparel and Gift Cards for all of my 427 Clients I intended on purchasing due to the horrid experience. I have never been treated in any way except kindly as Cosmetics Staff know me by name as I spend thousands when I come in.
What I would like is to be refunded for my order properly. I have brand new 3 Lancome items and 1 Estee Lauder Lipstick which is in brand new - never used condition.
I am asking to return my new items directly to your office staff and be refunded. If I can not return my four never used products I will take my business to Bergdorf's.
I am also asking that Amanda at your Lancome Counter be spoken to about servicing customers.

I will be more than happy to forward my tax returns for my business Facials By Marilyn, LLC - which I have 963 receipts from Macy's Lancome Counters.
