Dear Mr. Lundgren,
I'm hoping you may be able to help me with a problem I have. My family has always purchased Black Decker products so naturally I've carried on this tradition. I've got a chargeable trimmer that from day one never held a charge to trim the yard. I purchased extra batteries hoping this was the problem but this didn't work. I then purchased a new trimmer blower combo set approximately two years ago if not newer. The new trimmer does the same as my older one. I can't tell you how frustrating this is. I am not able to go purchase a new trimmer as I've become disabled cash is an issue so I'm hoping you will be able to help me out. I have approximately four of your trimmers but prefer the cordless. I can't tell you how frustrating this is to only get approximately five minutes on each battery taking me four to five days to trim my yard. I'd love to be able to go purchase all new landscaping black decker tools I've seen come out recently but due to not having an income at this time that's not an option so I'd appreciate any help you may provide. I've even tried every drawing I see in an attempt to win new equipment yet never lucky enough to win. If I had the money trust me I'd have all new tools for landscaping, drill, saw, etc to items in the kitchen. Your items are the only type welcome in my home! I will include my information look forward to hearing from you. I know if there's any ideas or help you may provide, you are the one whom will be able to help! Thanks in advance. I love your company products. I will always stay loyal to BD but truly need your help on this.
God bless,
April
