Dear Mr Lundgren

I have never been so appalled and stuinned at the service i have received from Macys call agents on email, live chat and twitter over a small amount of refund that was due to me from borderfree over a order that was apparently never dispatched and continuously be treated like a piece of dirt with the lies told.

I placed an order in December for 2 items as a xmas present, i chased the whereabouts for the order a month later which is too late anyway, i was told the order is in transit, then im told the handbag was out of stock and should never have been on the website as available. so the 2nd item a tassle fob key chain was dispatched, and then apparently lost in transit and then works still 2 months later is out of stock. i, still waiting for my refund. I have bought so much from macys as an international customer but i wont use macys again. I just want my refund.
