I had came into Macy's at the North Wales, PA location to pay my mother 's Macy's bill. She had given me a check in the amount of $31.14. The cashier did not look like she knew what she was doing and put the check through twice. My mother is seeking a refund. I spoke to the store manager Jennifer about this issue, and the way she handled the situation was unacceptable. My mother's bank is investigating this situation with your company. She was told by your company it would take 90 days to dispute . Unacceptable and poor Customer Service! Customers should not have to suffer because of a companies incompetent employees that can not do their jobs properly. to discuss this matter.
