I am writing only after numerous phone calls and e-mailing with kohls customer service. I ordered 2 dinner plates to match my set and a kitchen aid food chopper. I am in Tennessee and requested that my merchandise be sent to me there. I was charged Tn. Sales tax so I know the mailing address for my merchandise was correct. Kohls made an error and it needs to be corrected. Please see that I receive my order at 68 Airstream Circle Crossville, Tn 38572. When I return to N.J. I will return whatever was delivered there. I am a faithful customer so this should not be a problem. Customer service is giving me the run around and that doesn't help me at all. I am 100 miles round trip away from Kohls in Cookeville, that's why I used online ordering. Please correct this error. I do appreciate your help with this. Sincerely, Mary
