Dear Mr. Mansell,
I am a loyal long time shopper of khols. I recently placed a rather large online order of sneakers for my entire family. The first partial shipment arrived today. When I opened up my husbands sneakers, the person who packed the shoes left the security device on them. I called customer service not knowing what to do. While they offered to take ten dollars off the sneakers, it will cost that amount in gas to make it to the closest khols and an hour and 15 min of time which negates the purpose of the online shopping. While I understand mistakes happen, I'm disappointed I have to pay for that.
