Doreen sent a message to Kevin Mansell Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohlâs Corporation Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Mansell I am writing to first tell you how much I love Kohl's. The sales are awesome your staff are awesome. I have never had a bad experience with Kohl's and I shop a lot at your stores and on line. I would just like to make a comment about your exclusions. The one thing I love about your store is there were never any exclusions when you ran a sale. Now there are. The thing that sets you apart from other big stores is that you didn't exclude. I feel (and I have spoke to many people) that if the brands are not willing to participate than perhaps you shouldn't carry their brands otherwise you will become another - Macy's, where the sales are good but the exclusions out way the sales. I know I speak for many people in this regard. I love your store and will continue to shop Kohl's but I think you might need to keep in mind what your store represents. If Nike doesn't want to participate, there are many other brands that will. Anyway thanks for providing and awesome experience in your store. Have a Great New Year.
