Dear Mr Mansell
I have tried numerous times contacting your representatives to obtain the yes rewards I earned thru your program to no avail. I have been told that the rewards will be sent to my email but never receive them. I even took a survey giving great reviews thinking my problem had been resolved. Again no reward. The last supervisor I spoke with was answering my call from Mexico! Seriously! I'm very disappointed in your program. When using my Cabela's card I receive my reward points immediately. I don't know how many other Kohl's shoppers are having this problem, but it is definitely not a benefit. You need to rethink your reward program.
