Dear Mr. Mansell,
I would like to lodge a complaint about your company. I have earned several Kohl's Cash Coupons that I have had to throw away. Ever since you remodeled our store in Toledo, Ohio they changed their policy. Right now you only have a week after your purchase to redeem the coupon you earned by spending $50. I don't feel there should even be an expiration date on something you have earned. I would appreciate your consideration in changing this policy. I have been a faithful shopper and would like to continue to be.
