I would like to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees Cesar for his excellent customer service skills and the professional and efficient way in which he approaches all customers, I walk into Kohl’s and I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a soft spoken gentle voice. Being a huge advocate of customer service I was very impressed with the manner in which Cesar handled all customers, not just me. Cesar is extremely friendly and professional while at the same time he was processing customers in a smooth and efficient manner. I believe that it is very important for you to know that this young man is truly an asset to your business there at Kohl’s. I have dealt with many people, worked with many professionals courteous co-workers; I go to lots of places and meet countless people on a daily basis, but Cesar certainly stands out as one of “THE BEST”!!! I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I will definitely take my business back to you there at Kohl’s as long as you have exceptional employees such as Cesar there to help me again and again 🙂 Thank You for having him.
