Dear Mr Mansell Recently I was shopping in your store for a few presents when I – Kevin Mansell email address

Leslie sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr Mansell

Recently I was shopping in your store for a few presents when I got to the register and my credit card was declined. After a call to customer service, I was told that a previous estimate company I had worked on to help with some credit issues had contacted kolhls, and I immediately contacted Freedom Financial and they assured me they have never sent Kohls any letter as I had already requested them to discontinue my services with them. Again I called Kohls back and the person said there was another company "Avanti" which I had never heard of. So I called and they also assured me they had not contacted Kohls but would assist me which the manager did and called me two days later. After speaking with someone at Kohls that said since I had previously been working with a credit agency they closed my account.

Sir I find it funny that Kohls chose to close an account that was in good standing. I had been making the payments on my own and had opened the account while I was completeing my agreement with Freedom Fincial. Also my Kohls account was never at any time a part of my agreement with freedom financial.

Im sorry to say you lost a very good customer. I never once received a letter advising me you would be closing my account or that you recieved any letters saying you had been contacted by either one of the companies mentioned in this letter.

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.

Mrs. Leslie
